West Lawn encourages everyone, children through adults, to continue to study the Word of God and become a disciple in Jesus’ name. To foster this growth, we continually offer Christian Education programs that are both challenging and thought-provoking.
Sunday School classes are one way we study His word. These classes meet on Sunday mornings, from 9:30-10:30 a.m. and from 11:00 a.m.-12 noon, in the Education Building.
Disciple Bible Study classes, as well as prayer groups and special programs are another way the learn more about the Bible. Specialty classes such as these meet during the week, in the morning, afternoon and evening.
In addition, West Lawn owns a large and varied selection of Christian Education resources, including books, DVD and VHS series, study guides, facilitator guides, CDs and more. All of these materials are stored in our Resource Closet, located in the Director of Christian Education office, Room 201, in the Education Center. A catalog of all materials was recently created, clearly listing every item located in this closet. Click here for a copy of this document. You are welcome to borrow any items listed in the catalog. Contact the Church office staff for access to the materials. Then, simply sign out the materials on the Sign Out clipboard located inside the closet.
