Worship at West Lawn is offered in a variety of styles, times and locations!
Each week, we offer two traditional services on Sunday morning, at 8:00 and 11:00 a.m. At 9:30 a.m., join us for our Contemporary service with our Praise Band.
West Lawn UMC is also preparing to launch an additional worship service on Sunday mornings. Beginning Sunday, April 1, 2012 (Palm Sunday), we will offer a new worship opportunity at 11:10 a.m. in our Community Center. This contemporary, family-friendly service will mimic our current 9:30 (a.m.) Praise Worship service. Please consider joining Pastor Jeff and Pastor DJ, along with our Praise Band and Hospitality Team, in an unconventional setting as we praise God together and explore what it means to live like disciples of Jesus. Each 11:10 a.m. service will include a children’s sermon time. Children age 3 through Grade 1 will then be dismissed for a new Children’s Church program. Children in Grade 2 and older are welcome to remain in the Community Center and worship with their families. We are excited about the potential of this service and welcome you to attend “11:10 Praise Worship” beginning April 1!
For a mid-week service, you are welcome to come to our Wednesday night worship in the Sanctuary at 7:00 p.m. And, on the first Saturday of every month, enjoy a special worship experience in our Community Center at 6:00 p.m.
